Our recipe hasn’t changed since 1900 – we still use real vanilla and bake each wafer to achieve that signature light, crispy texture. Our Grogu Edition contains the same ingredients as our classic Nilla Wafers – enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, soybean and/or canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, whey (from milk), eggs, natural and artificial flavor, salt, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), and emulsifier (soy lecithin).
Each serving (8 wafers, about 32g) contains approximately 140 calories, 5g total fat, 23g carbohydrates, and 2g protein. The cookies contain wheat, milk, egg, and soy ingredients. While we maintain strict quality controls, our products are manufactured in facilities that may also process tree nuts and peanuts.
